Your personal needs matter

We all yearn for connection – but it can be very difficult to notice what you long for and express those needs to others. Because, let’s be honest: we get it wrong a lot of the time.

Still, it’s good to want better connection. And it’s good to let yourself grow and expand beyond the reduced versions you’ve created to please others (often after stressful or traumatic experiences).

I’m here to support you in that process. This is a protected space to explore your needs, and get some of them met.

From self care to community care

We’re interconnected beings. Our personal wellbeing is naturally intertwined with the wellbeing of our community and the rest of the world.

It is possible to find a balance between looking after yourself and caring for others. It is possible to create spaces where people provide mutual aid within their limits and capacity.
